HEC

Founded in 1881, the school of Higher Business Studies (Hautes Etudes Commerciales or HEC) is a leader of education and research in Management Sciences. It offers programmes suited to the demands of its learners, and was built around three fundamental values: commitment to diversity, community spirit and academic excellence.

Challenges

HEC Executive Education is HEC’s division dedicated to the training of managers and executives. The management wished to offer a digital blended-learning course based on its existing short courses.

HEC was looking for a partner organisation able to support their strategic shift by undertaking to build the courses, design an image and create a brand under the name ‘SPOC by HEC’.

Our solution

We designed a brand image for HEC and created their first Marketing SPOC, From Strategy to the Customer Experience.

We also advised them on integrating the SPOC with their face-to-face training, and in the use of other innovative tools.

Results

The course was very successful, with learners showing a high rate of satisfaction. ROI was achieved after the very first session, and HEC is able to programme these executive training courses better and more easily now.
